THEME: Downtown Update
Just off Central Avenue in downtown Phoenix, this bungalow style house added an artful patio on the east side yard. Contemporary patterns were used to design a new seat wall, water feature, fire pit and patio. Collaborating with local Phoenix artists Cody Carpenter and Aaron Dunham a polished concrete plinth style patio and metal accents installed with new landscape features. New plantings were added to soften the patios and walls.
